A New Chapter for EYP Spain

The new board begins its term at a time when youth participation is more important than ever. The challenges facing Europe today — from climate change and social inequality to democratic resilience and technological transformation — require the active involvement of young citizens. EYP Spain provides a unique space for dialogue, intercultural exchange, and the development of civic skills, bringing together hundreds of young people every year through its sessions, trainings, and outreach projects.

The priorities of the 2025–26 board will include:

  • Strengthening inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that EYP Spain reaches young people from all backgrounds and regions.
  • Promoting sustainability, both environmentally in how projects are organized and institutionally by consolidating long-term growth.
  • Supporting and training volunteers, the backbone of the organization, to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to thrive.
  • Expanding partnerships and external visibility to consolidate EYP Spain’s role as a key youth voice in Europe.
